Retrieves the red, green, blue (RGB) color value (for 24-bit images) or the palette index (for 8-bit images) of the image pixel at the specified coordinates. This method is for image layers only.

Parameters

x
The X coordinate of a point.
y
The Y coordinate of a point.

Remarks

This method is useful for digital elevation model (DEM), temperature, precipitation maps. When specifying an explicit RGB color, the returned value has the following form (hexadecimal):

0x00bbggrr

The low-order byte contains a value for the relative intensity of red; the second byte contains a value for green; and the third byte contains a value for blue.
